GENERAL INFORMATION ON SERVICE PROCEDURES
Warranty service procedure for devices bought from a retailer:
Please contact your retailer directly if you need warranty service. You will then be guided on how to proceed with your case. Elektron machines come with a three-year limited warranty, starting from the date of the original purchase. If you require warranty service, you need to be able to prove the date of the original purchase with an invoice or a receipt.
Warranty service procedure for devices bought from the Elektron Online Shop:
Contact Elektron Support at https://www.elektron.se/customer/tickets/ if you need warranty service for a device bought from our webshop. Note that you will need an account at elektron.se to be able to create a support ticket.
You cannot send a unit to a certified Elektron repair center unless agreed to by Elektron. The customer is responsible for shipping charges if the device needs to be shipped to a certified Elektron repair center for warranty service. Elektron covers the return shipping to the customer during the warranty period. Should the device be dead on arrival, or if the hardware malfunctions within 14 days of the original purchase date, Elektron will cover the shipping to a certified Elektron repair center.
Non-warranty service procedures:
If your device is no longer covered by warranty, or if you wish to order spare parts that are not available in our webshop, please contact Elektron Support directly at https://www.elektron.se/customer/tickets/. Note that you will need an account at elektron.se to be able to create a support ticket.
