If you have received a shipping notification and tracking number on an order from our webshop and need to update the shipping address, you should contact UPS directly. They offer the possibility for the recipient to change the delivery address of a package. But keep in mind that they might require at least one attempt to deliver the package at the original address before accepting a delivery change.
There is a contact form on the UPS.com website that you should use to get in touch with them. They usually answer within 24 hours.
If the order has been shipped with the regular post, it is not possible to change the delivery address after the package has left our warehouse.
